All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DMCIS 2026 will be published inIEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-0820-1) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

International Journal of Arts and Technology (IJART) is an international journal focusing on the intersection of arts and new technologies with a particular emphasis on computational art. Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing: An International Journal seeks to provide a common forum for the dissemination of accurate results in artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, control, computer science, modeling and systems engineering. The journal aims to publish articles covering both the short- and long-term developments in soft computing and other related fields, including robotics, control, cybersecurity, vision, speech recognition, pattern recognition, data mining, big data, data analytics, machine intelligence and deep learning.

  • Indexing and Abstracting: Scopus Citescore (Impact per Publication 2025): 7.7, EBSCO, OpenAIRE, OpenALEX, CNKI Scholar, PubScholar, Portico, etc.

  • Similarity Rate Requirement: Should be less than 20% (including references).
