Forum name: 2026 China-Korea AI+X International Industry-Academia-Research Innovation Forum
Main forum: Afternoon of 24 October 2026, Somin Hall, 2nd Floor, Mirae Hall (A11).
The forum focuses on AI+X applications and collaboration among industry, academia and research institutions. Through keynote presentations, industry discussions, project matchmaking and business roadshows, it provides opportunities to share practical experience, explore collaborative projects and promote the translation of research outcomes into real-world applications.

Oral Presentation Instructions
1. Each oral presentation has a 10-minute slot. Please keep strictly to the allotted time and follow the session chair's instructions for questions and discussion.
2. Please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts, meet the session chair and copy your presentation file to the conference computer.
3. Please prepare your slides in PowerPoint or PDF format. Bring a USB copy and keep an email or cloud backup. Use commonly available fonts and check that all files display correctly.
4. If your presentation includes videos, please include the video files and test playback before the session. If you plan to use your own computer, please check the connection in advance.
5. Online presenters should join Zoom in advance and test their microphone and screen sharing before their scheduled presentation.
Poster Presentation Instructions
1. The maximum poster size is A1 portrait: 59.4 cm wide by 84.1 cm high.
2. Please use a clear layout and text large enough to be read from approximately one metre away.
3. During the poster display, authors should remain near their posters to explain their work and discuss it with delegates.
