
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DMCIS 2026 will be published inIEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-0820-1) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

International Journal of Arts and Technology (IJART) is an international journal focusing on the intersection of arts and new technologies with a particular emphasis on computational art. With the evolution of intelligent devices, sensors, and ambient intelligent/ubiquitous systems, the journal focuses on exploring the design of intelligent artistic artefacts, and aims to bring art to ordinary people and provide artists with creative tools to extend the grammar of traditional arts through ambient intelligence.
